Luly Castro joined the Southwest Florida Library Network in 1998 and now serves as its Executive Director.  She is responsible for managing the operations of the organization, understanding member libraries and facilitating the delivery of programs and services to meet their needs, implementing decisions of the Board, and promoting advocacy.  Luly also represents SWFLN at regional, state, and national professional organizations and meetings.

Chris joined the Southwest Florida Library Network in 2011 and assists in the operation of the SWFLN office.  Chris is the primary support to the Continuing Education and Training aspect of the organization, and is an eager troubleshooter and advocate for good service to the SWFLN members and their patrons.  He maintains member information, arranges meetings, maintains the SWFLN website, and responds to member requests.
