Sondra Taylor-Furbee, Executive Director

Sondra serves as SWFLN's Executive Director. Sondra was formerly employed by the State Library and Archives of Florida where she worked as a Library Program Administrator in the Office of Community Development.
Sondra earned a Bachelor's degree in English at Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Library Science at Florida State University.
Luly Castro, Member Services Coordinator

Luly Castro serves as the Member Services Coordinator for the Southwest Florida Library Network. She is responsible for the smooth operation of the office functions, which includes budget activities, maintaining member information, arranging meetings, and providing support to the Executive Director.
Luly joined SWFLN in 1998. Prior to that, she served as the founding Administrative Assistant for the College of Health Professions at Florida Gulf Coast University, and held previous positions as Executive Secretary for two separate divisions at Lee Memorial Health System.
Luly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida Gulf Coast University, and an Associate Degree in Business Marketing and Management from Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida.
