DLLI Delivery
All Florida libraries that are members of the Florida Library Information Network (FLIN) are eligible to participate in the Florida Distance Library Learning Initiative (DLLI), a statewide ground delivery program, which provides pickup and delivery of interlibrary loan materials among over 200 libraries throughout Florida.
Library Cooperative Grant funding that SWFLN receives is used to pay for “basic” interlibrary loan delivery — for which there is no charge to the library. “Basic” delivery consists of delivery to one location per member library. If a library has more than one location (or branch), it may request “enhanced” delivery services for which there is a charge.
