Office Hours with Robin Fay

Metadata and Cataloging Help

Let’s Talk Cataloging

The purpose of office hours is to provide a respective space, a no shame zone, with an expert resource and mentor for catalogers and staff of all levels who work with MARC records or those working in digital archives or repositories (MODS, Dublin Core, metadata description) facilitating their knowledge, professional growth, and confidence in work.

Staff can book 30-minute to one-hour individual appointment times via an online platform to address specific questions or issues with the goal of facilitating better quality of work, uptraining through teachable moments, mentoring, and providing feedback and solutions, as applicable.
