Luly Castro joined the Southwest Florida Library Network in 1998 and now serves as its Executive Director. She is responsible for managing the operations of the organization, understanding member libraries and facilitating the delivery of programs and services to meet their needs, implementing decisions of the Board, and promoting advocacy. Luly also represents SWFLN at regional, state, and national professional organizations and meetings.
Luly earned her Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Taylor Post

Taylor Post joined the Southwest Florida Library Network in August of 2016. Taylor manages the general activity of the office, offering assistance where she’s needed, and creating hotel and vehicle accommodations for when SWFLN Members travel down to Fort Myers to attend workshops and events. She also supplies SWFLN with unique graphics from time to time. She graduated from Full Sail University with a BA in Digital Arts and Graphic Design in July of 2016.

José Rodríguez-Valdés first joined the Southwest Florida Library Network in November, 2012 as a volunteer; he joined SWFLN as staff in March of 2014! José assists in the overall operation of the SWFLN office and performs all accounting functions and maintains the SWFLN Membership Database. José earned his Master in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Doctor of Oriental Medicine (DOM) from Eastwest College of Natural Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies with a Minor in Psychology from Hodges University.
